Karl Connolly

President, Technology Solutions

Karl brings more than 25 years of IT leadership, engineering, and legal experience to his role as President of Pixel Health Technology Services and head of 5G strategy. He began his career at EMC Corporation as a hardware and software solutions engineer, earning two software engineering patents and working extensively on integrated solutions with EMC and third‑party products. As a founding member of the EMC VSPEX team, he helped bring converged infrastructure to market and played a key role in launching EMC’s first hyperconverged solution, VxRail.

Karl earned his Doctor of Law degree in 2014 and was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 2015, practicing law for three years before returning to technology as Chief Technologist for Advanced Solutions at Ingram Micro, where he developed multi‑vendor solutions for channel partners, including a 5G framework known as “Sim to Cloud.” In 2024, he co‑founded Netmaven, a 5G consultancy focused on helping customers and partners transform their IT environments; Netmaven was later acquired by Cellhub, a long‑standing primary agency for T‑Mobile. Karl joined Pixel Health in June 2025 and now leads the company’s 5G strategy while serving as President of Pixel Health Technology Services, guiding the development of next‑generation connectivity solutions for healthcare clients.

Jill McCormick

Executive Vice President, Design and Product Development, Pixel Health Labs

As EVP of Design and Product Development at Pixel Health Labs, Jill McCormick serves as an accomplished researcher, product leader, designer, and innovator, offering more than 20 years in health-tech research and product development and 10 years in healthcare innovation experience. She engages with a wide range of health systems and tech companies to define and apply a research agenda, address key challenges, and enable healthcare transformation through human-centered design and productization.

Before co-founding Pixel Health Labs, Jill served as the Director of Design and Innovation at Baystate Health and its digital innovation center, TechSpring, where she led a team of experienced designers and product managers. Jill holds several patents and led the new product development and on-market improvements for point-of-care analyzers and diagnostic tests through her earlier work with IDEXX Laboratories.

Jill earned a BA degree in Chemistry from the University of Southern Maine and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. She is an instructor of Healthcare Delivery at UMASS-Chan Medical School.

Christian Lagier

Executive Vice President, Innovation & Connected Care

Christian Lagier is the executive vice president of innovation and connected care, and a member of the Pixel Health senior executive team and board. Christian is responsible for defining and executing the research agenda of the lab, and operating the lab as a Center of Excellence for product development and Human Centered Design. He also oversees Pixel’s Data and Engineering team, as well as the office of Pixel’s Chief Technology Officer.

Before co-founding Pixel Health Labs, Christian served as VP of Digital Innovation at Baystate Health developing and implementing digital strategy, and had operational responsibilities for select, digital front door, virtual care and RPM services. He also co-founded TechSpring, Baystate’s digital innovation center. In this “living lab,” his team structured and executed more than 70 innovation projects in collaboration with health systems and product development teams from leading technology innovators. Change is hard in healthcare, but Christian proved it can be done.

Christian is a Danish national and is proficient in six languages. He holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and Université Catholique de Louvain in Brussels, with an academic specialization in Management of Technology.

Michael Catrini

Chief Technology Officer

Michael Catrini is the Chief Technology Officer of Pixel Health. Michael helps drive technology advancements, best practices, and consulting on technology infrastructure decisions for healthcare systems. Michael also applies his expertise performing HIMSS INFRAM assessments in healthcare systems across North America to implement actionable change across the continuum of care.

Michael first joined Pixel Health in 2020 and returned in 2024 after a brief stint with an engineering design firm to support their healthcare technology design approaches in major hospital systems. Before moving to consulting, Michael spent 20 years in various healthcare leadership roles, with his last 5 years as the CTO of UConn Health where he supported large-scale technical infrastructure upgrades across their enterprise.

Teresa Troyano

Director of Marketing

Teresa Troyano leads the marketing team at Pixel Health and is passionate about creating content that helps drive healthcare organizations to advance patient centricity in their institutions. Her marketing leadership experience spans from the life sciences and healthcare technology industries to the banking sector.

As an accomplished marketer, Teresa led the account-based marketing (ABM) program at Covance and was recognized by Oracle as a CXHero for her innovation in ABM. At Medidata, she led the mid-market demand marketing team, executing on strategic programs to help pharmaceutical companies understand how technology could transform patient outcomes.

Troyano holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Master of Arts degree in Public and Corporate Communication from Monmouth University.

Jessica Ryder

Director of Operations & Systems

Jessica Ryder joined Pixel Health in 2010 and was named Director of Operations & Systems in January of 2023. In this role, she leads the Operations and Systems teams and is responsible for connecting the right tools and technology with the people and processes they support.

Ryder’s 20+ years of experience in the telecommunications and IT industry includes holding key support positions with RCN, Connecticut Telephone, and One Communications (Earthlink). Ryder is a formally trained educator, an active, amateur food blogger, a skilled project manager and business analyst.

Ryder holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History from Westfield State University.

Gerry Gosselin

Vice President, Data Management & Engineering

Meet Gerry Gosselin, the Vice President of Data Management and Engineering at Pixel Health. With decades of experience in software development, IT infrastructure administration, and network monitoring, he is a seasoned professional in his field. In his role, he oversees all engineering and IT managed services work, ensuring that the company’s operations run smoothly and efficiently. His expertise in data management and engineering has been instrumental in driving Pixel Health’s success in the market.

Mike Machulsky

Executive Vice President, Business Development and Strategic Partnerships

EVP of Pixel Health, Mike Machulsky has over 25 years of information management experience, including 20+ years of proven leadership experience. Machulsky leads the partner initiatives at Pixel Health, focusing on finding and building relationships with best of breed companies solving for healthcare organizations’ largest technology pain points.

Previously, Mike was President and CEO of Software Logic. As a division Chief Information Officer at CGI, he led all information technology and application development initiatives. He has also held management positions at CIGNA, GE, and Penn State.

Mike received degrees in Electrical Engineering, with highest distinction, from the Pennsylvania State University’s Schreyer Scholars Program. He is a graduate of GE’s world-renowned Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP).

Neil Kudler M.D.

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Neil Kudler has served as Chief Medical Officer for Pixel Health since 2020. In this role, Dr. Kudler bridges the gap between clinicians and IT departments within healthcare organizations. He oversees Pixel Health’s clinical strategy, consulting with clients in the areas of diversified health system operations, population health, and data analytics.

Dr. Kudler is a nationally recognized physician who transferred his clinical experience into the many healthcare leadership roles he has held. Dr. Kudler is the former Chief Medical Information Officer for Baystate Health and the former Senior Healthcare Innovation Strategist for TechSpring (Baystate Health’s Technology Innovation Center).

Dr. Kudler received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University and Doctor of Medicine, MD from New York University School of Medicine.

Barbara Casey

President, Consulting Services

As President, Consulting Services, Barbara leads the consulting team to help solve healthcare organizations biggest challenges. Having played an integral role in shaping the worldwide healthcare strategy for Cisco and serving as a strategist and business adviser to healthcare, managed care, and Fortune 500 technology companies for two decades, she is adept at helping healthcare organizations transform to be the most efficient and effective they can be, driving better patient outcomes.

As the Global Healthcare Leader for Cisco, Barbara conceived of, built, and led the company’s healthcare focus into a multi-billion-dollar business. Prior to joining Cisco, she was charged with corporate strategic planning at HCA, Inc. where she facilitated the company’s broad Consumer and Patient Experience strategy and served as a consultative resource to the Central Group (55 hospitals in the Central US and 6 hospitals in London) and its divisions’ senior management teams.

Brad Mondschein

Chief Operating Officer, Chief Legal Officer

Brad Mondschein, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer, focuses on improving and simplifying the operational experience for Pixel Health clients, colleagues, partners, and other stakeholders. In addition to his duties within Pixel Health, Mondschein often consults with Pixel Health clients to achieve energy and sustainability goals as well as providing assistance with managing risks related to regulatory compliance issues.

Mondschein has 25+ years of experience practicing law in both private practice and in-house counsel positions. In private practice, he gained national reputation for negotiating complex IT and networking arrangements. His experience also includes 25 years in the Energy industry leading some of the largest alternative energy installations in New England.

Brad Mondschein has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Union College and a JD, Law from Western New England University School of Law.

Gregory R. Pellerin

Executive Vice President, Technologies Services

Pixel Health co-founder Gregory Pellerin serves as the executive vice president of technologies services focusing on providing innovative solutions for healthcare organizations. As a senior healthcare operations and sales engineering executive, Pellerin leverages his 20+ years of experience to connect the client’s need to the most efficient solution.

Before teaming with Michael Feld in founding Pixel Health, Pellerin served as the Director of Commercial Sales for regional ISP Javanet, Director of Commercial Voice and Data Services for national broadband service provider RCN, and Director of Service Delivery for Connecticut Telephone, a Hartford Connecticut-based CLEC.

With a passion for community service and philanthropy, Pellerin serves as President for the Board of Directors of Montague Catholic Social Ministries.

Pellerin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from SUNY Geneseo.

Michael Feld

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

As a Founder of the company, Michael has provided telecommunications leadership, IT consulting, and engineering support for healthcare providers, telecommunications carriers, as well as mid- and large-sized businesses for more than two decades. A recognized innovator in the field, he has managed the company’s meteoric growth and remained on the bleeding edge of technology innovation, while maintaining his unique “personal” touch to client relationships.

As interim CTO for University of Chicago Medicine, former CTO at Temple University Health System, and as Executive Consultant to Baystate Health and Lancaster General Health System, Michael has been central to the roll-out of modern, foundational technologies such as hyper-converged architecture, desktop virtualization, VoIP/unified communications, advanced storage, and the networking infrastructure needed to support EMR deployment. His significant IT and management experience outside the medical world has allowed clients to utilize proven and successful technologies and designs in a medical context, further increasing financial and operational efficiency, total systems availability and resilience, and overall improvements in clinical performance.
